Serves: 4 People
Ingredients:
Chicken - 1 Kg
Oil - 4 tbsp
Onions - 1 big size
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
Garam Masala - 1 tbsp
Coriander Powder - 1/2 tbsp
Cumin Powder - 1/4 tbsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tbsp
Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp
Yogurt/Curd - 4 tbsp
Coriander leaves - as required
Salt - required
Marinade Process:
1. Clean the Chicken and add Yogurt/curt to it and Mix it very well.
2. Now add turmeric powder, Ginger Garlic Paste, Chilli Powder, Salt and mix it well.
3. Keep aside the mixed chicken for a while.
Directions:
1. Heat oil in a pan and add Onions and fry them, put the stove in medium.
2. Once you see onions turning into golden brown color, add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder.
3. After 4-5 minutes, add marinated chicken and mix it well and close the bowl with a lid.
(if we put the lid, we can have some gravy)
4. for every 5 minutes, mix the chicken until it becomes a bit soft.
5. Add Coriander powder, cumin powder and garam masala and mix it very well and place the lid. (if you want to have really spicy, add a little bit of chili powder. :))
6. After 5 minutes, add required salt to chicken.
7. When chicken and gravy tastes good, garnish it with coriander leaves.
Tip: This curry tastes good with rice, chapati and poori.
